How Reliable are AI Marketing Platforms

There are numerous AI (artificial intelligence) platforms, such as Lexi, AdCreative, Omneky etc... that promise good results by utilizing them to run Facebook and Google ads.
The question is, how reliable are these AI promo platforms? Do they really deliver as promised? Do they give real targeted traffic? Has anyone used any of these platforms before? Please, share your experience so that others can benefit.

Some of them can spit out ads but most I’ve seen don’t actually get much traffic or good results.

Thanks for your update. But, have you used any of them before?

Most AI ad platforms automate creative, not targeting or economics. They can speed testing but do not replace account history, offer quality, or budget control. Results mirror fundamentals, not the tool.
