in my blog , another writer is hired . i have added a rel=author on the home page , and another authorship on single . on homepage is mine , and on my posts is mine and for him , his profile on google.
there is any problems?

You need to remove the rel='author' from your homepage

Create an about/author page for each of you on your blog/website.

On each of your about/author pages, you need to add a link to your appropriate G+ profiles using ---> rel='me'

Next you need to post a link to each of your about/author pages on your Google+ profiles.

Place a link to this page in both the"Contributor to" section & the "Other Profiles" section.

Then test the results: Google --> webmaster --> tools --> richsnippets

Just make sure that on each of your posts, you include a link to your about/author page using ---> rel='author'

Alternatively, you can do accomplish this the way that you have set it up right now...but having ---> rel='author' on your home page IS a bad thing.

Yet the way I set it up, is to leverage the ability of having a secondary "author" hub for my other social networking profiles.
On my about/author page, I link out to sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc using ----> rel='me'

Anyways, there's actually a very important "rel tag" that should be used for the homepage. ----> rel='publisher'

If you have a Google+ PAGE setup for your brand/blog...you will be linking to your Google+ page from your
website using ---> rel='publisher' (only include this on your homepage)

Just make sure you have the hompage URL setup on the Google+ PAGE.
Then once you have rel='publisher' on your homepage, just head over to the G+ page and ask G+ to verify the URL.

And that's it...if you have any other questions related to Authorship or AuthorRank....feel free to ask.
