How put Linklist to Rss feed to spread ?

does anyone a tool that i can create a html page with the links as rss
feed to promote it over rss ping services ?

Like i have a scrapebox or xrumer post list and i wann rss spread it for indexing ?

I think I understand what you mean, go to hostmyrss.com, create an account, then create a new RSS feed, you can add up to 100 links per feed

Get the link of your newly created feed then submit it to RSS directories

If I got it wrong then please explain your question further
