How properly use prelander so that your affiliate link wouldnt get blocked?

I'm trying to figure it out. So all in all you need 1 domain who will be a prelander where people will click one button to get access to your affiliate link? But doesnt instagram scan the prelander for affiliate links and block even the prelander? How to make sure that traffic could reach your affiliate link safely?

I'm in my process of building my landing page but I'm till noon at this, can you say something about this cloaking?

Just setup each page according to country of the visitor!
