I've identified an ad arbitrage website that's buying a ton of traffic. I'm thinking about copying what they're doing but I can't tell how profitable it is.

Is there anyone here who is experienced with ad arbitrage who can tell me how profitable it is? I'd like to know if these guys are making a lot of money, or if they're spending $1000 to make $100.

it all depends on the combination of the offer and the advertising company. if you can set everything up, then the bundle can live for months and bring $$$

They're not spending $1k to make $100, it should be the reverse.

The key is to get traffic cheaper and sell higher.

There are methods some people employ, example targeting cheaper countries with high paying ads on specific platforms.

It works like this, at the point of advertising you could be charged $0.02 to $0.05 per click on your adverts, but the high paying content/niche on the site could end up paying you $0.1 to $0.5 or whatever, per click.

The profit lies in between the buy and sell price.

Now, the most difficult part is figuring out what market to target and with what kind of content and creatives.

Thanks for the reply. I understand how arbitrage works, but I was wondering if they are injecting $1000 to make $100 profit, or if the profit margin is much higher once you optimize traffic costs and ad revenue.

I already have a winning website in my sights, so figuring out which niches or content to use is not an issue. But I don't know what kind of profit margin is attainable with ad arbitrage.

I'm also not clear whether this is done by getting paid CPM or per click. I'm assuming it's CPM but not sure.

I've seen guys who buy traffic on Fb to target trends - ride the wave and sent that traffic to a 1 page adsense site.
And I would say that they are making big $$$

bro believe me many people earn more than $24033 per month from two websites let me explain!!!
they buy adsence-approved websites with an average search traffic of 1k-2k per month
then buy low-value traffic from many websites like Tobola and many others now they use proxies on
their computer and clicks on ads to increase the CTR of the website

Ad arbitrage can be very profitable if done correctly. With the right strategy, it can be a great way to generate significant revenue.

Did you end up doing it?

I'm also interested in this money-making content..If possible, please help me

It can be profitable but it requires a big upfront investment and you might not get paid by the advertiser if they do not like your traffic.

Everything is dependent on how the advertising business and the offer work together. If everything is set up correctly, the bundle can generate revenue for months.
