How powerful is senuke?

For those of you who have used it how powerful is it? The product seems to have alot of good reviews but is kind of pricey, also a I few months ago I promised myself to to stop buying these "seem to good to be true" programs. (not saying that is is one of those)With time to get experience using the software combined with good good seo quality content is it possible to get ranked first on google in a competitive niche. Or is this more for the micro niches. Thanks.

It is very unpopular at the moment to use crappy looking web 2 .. Many people are using manually created with images,pictures, changed templates, better quality content .. etc

Very weak comparing price versus what can be done with it.
