is there any way to figure out how popular a blogspot/wordpress etc. blog is?

When I have to decide wheter or not I exchange links with this blog. That is the way I meant it.

Well, the thing is a site has a high pr but it is very niche specifiy so there won`t be many visitors. So I can`t really use Alexa.

What will SEMrush tell me?
