How poeple are doing PDF uploading on some research site Please help me

I found a post on my keyword Exipure, and ranking on 2 a page which is a PDF site, and when I am trying to upload my PDF then there is no option for it. So, how others are doing, can anyone help me?

Maybe they got registered, and now they have a feature as a user to upload files to their server?

100% they got premium membership on those sites (from which I saw very expensive > $500 and up)
And then they got the upload feature.

Did you try to register in the site and looked inside your account? There might be an option to upload your documents.

Even if you can upload on those sites, you can never index as fast as the big team can do.
It’s a pretty dead method..

I am trying for it, but there is no option for uploading any kind of file in registration, and I don't know how my competitor is able to do this, and also how they got indexed their link within 1-2 hours, please help me in indexing too
