I've been curious for a while now, I know applications and sites that you can put a domain or list of URL's and it will spit out the page rank. But what is used to estimate the PR of a URL or domain ? Would love to have some information about it.

Let me rephrase it, on this site for example: pagerank.my-addr.com You can put a list of URL or domain and it will check the PR, I understand that PR is not revealed by google but still people do calculate it some how to an estimated value, how is it done ?

Page rank is revealed by google to my knowlege. They are the ones that calculate it for these sites. You can even get a google pagerank tool bar for most browsers and find out the PR of any site on the internet.

I meant the alog :) and meaning, regardless, how do I calculate a website PR ?

Guess I won't get a serious answer from the looks, well thanks anyway I will keep searching on my own.

Seriously just download the google toolbar for your browser. It has a pr checker or there are other toolbars that do this also.

Prixone, YOU are NOT calculating the fucking PR, GOOGLE do it, it is a freaking TRADEMARK made by GOOGLE, nobody knows how's it's EXACTLY calculated but in a nut-fucking-shell, the more links from quality sites (with high PR) you have the higher are chances your PR will go up.
And, how THOSE SITES calculate PR?-THey Fucking Don't, they use the motherfucking tools (let's call those tools GOOGLE plugin) to tell you what PR did Google gave you during the last PR update or whatever...DO, you fucking get it or you want me to continue?
