How people are using bots to get YouTube Acc MONETIZED?

Seeing there are many botted monetized youtube accounts for sale in many sites and people even buying them. So, are these made with view bots?

Question is how those channels pass monetization review and get accepted especially nowadays when every monetization review is done MANUALLY?

Upload some “quality” videos, buy views from smm panel. Simple.

Upload a long length video, buy 4000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers, then click enable monetization. Wait & pray :)

Lol why should they mention it. Every view is provided to one of the following methods. Botnet views, AdWords views, or pop up/embedded view traffic or microworkers. Also when they say botted channels they mean botted subscribers

Check out microworkers, for instance. People are forced to do such tasks for an incentive.
