How or where can I learn how to successfully run blackhat ads?

I tried running online ads on facebook ads, its for a crypto investment site, they approved a boosted post, and then approved the ad, but after 1 hour they banned it. Is there a place where I can learn how to successfully run those blackhat ads?

As far as I know, to advertise cryptocurrency on Facebook, you need to have certain licenses that Meta approves.

Yes, you can post in Hire A Freelancer section for Facebook Ads Cloaking service. A blackhat ads will not last long without cloaking.
