How old were you when you started learning programming?

I joined BHW for a long time, the members who joined during that time all became successful people in the field of programming or business and I was quite busy with life at that time. This year I am 23 years old and working at a small business, I want to learn programming so that I can complete the project I am aiming for, is it too late? I understand that it would be easy to put money in the market and hire professionals here but is that really satisfying? And can anyone tell me about the journey of learning to code, I hope you guys can guide me.

I started programming in school when I was 15. You are still young enough to be able to learn a computer language without much difficulty. I have taught myself many computer languages.

Around 16 here and there but only got serious with it when my friend was making bank from working at Toptal, so i ended up learning as fast as I can lol.
 
I was 13 when I learned BASIC ... a long time ago.

Nowadays, I'm thinking of picking up PYTHON
 
I think I was 10 year old when I learnt C++ :oops:
I printed out some odd 500 pages of a text book I pirated from the net on C++ and was superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr excited in learning it
 
When I was 19, in college. I left that college after an year because coding wasn't the way for me.
 
20, 23 now. Was a complete script kiddie, but I wanted to code since I was 13. Started my journey when I was 20.

Age is just a made up number

We are primitive apes who count how many times we go around the sun in order to start programming

Just start and have fun. Forget age.

Wish I could be so good at it to get accepted on toptal. My code is still like using 10% of modern possibilities and practices. I constantly hear that. Picking up frameworks was the best decision, but it's still not enough.
