I will move out next year.
Last year of my Certified Public Accountant study. ( Don't know if you say it like that in the USA)
Already got a job offer
But i will rent a house about 5minutes walking from my parents home. I will probably give 50% of my salary (4000$) to my parents to pay their debts.

I moved out when I was 18. Even with a job and stuff, it is difficult to do it on your own. My first apartment had 6 guys in it (honestly). That was probably one of the worst rooming situations of my life as well. Not to mention, I lent a guy around ~$1000 dollars and am still having it returned to me slowly. I actually recently signed a lease at a new apartment with 2 other guys. I am 20 now, so I expect this will be better all around. It's fun, but also a different lifestyle then living with parents to say the least.

I was 17. When I returned from my Foreign Exchange program in Germany. Moved in with my best friend and to this day I will say she was the best platonic roomate I ever had.
