How often to post?

1. People check their phones first thing in the morning and look at their notifications, so post right before the morning hours so they see it.
2. People especially women, check their phones before going to sleep at night, so I usually try to post at about 8pm so it's still fresh on the feeds.

I've been posting 3 or 4 times a day. I want to see what it will be like to post less often but I'm afraid of losing the interest of my followers
