Hello everyone! I created my IG account about 15 days ago, I have almost 3000 followers and I have uploaded 42 reels (3 per day) in the next few days I want to scale everything and in addition to raising the quality of my videos I would like to start posting 5 reels per day, do you think that this could harm my account in any way?

yes It is absolutely Okay to post reels daily on Instagram .
As long as your audience is interacting to your post Instagram algorithm will automatically boost your profile and put your profile on trending list, but for that day to come you need to start creating good and valuable content.
 
Yeah, you wouldn't want to overdo it specially with a fairly new account. I'd say stay the course for now and reserve the extra posts when you've noticeably gained reach perhaps?

up it to 4 for a week or 2, then up it to 5
 
New dated accounts may have this problem.
But if your account is old, I don't think it will be an eyesore.
 
Getting access to aged accounts is a pretty good bet. You can look around the Marketplace section for sellers btw. Otherwise, scaling up gradually is also a good approach.
 
I think it's ok, because regularity is the main thing. However, we do not fully know how the Instagram algorithms will work. Try it, why not.
 
5 times per day and you should be good. Plus the algo works in your favor
 
I don't think it will harm your account. It shows how active you are, and it will make your reals show up in the Explore tab.
 
Thank you all for your answers! maybe this is a newbie question, since i'm just getting started with IG, and unlike TIktok it's taken much longer to "Explode" by consistently uploading 3-5 videos every day, I reckon it would cost a video to have a chance to become extremely viral? (I only have one with more than 100,000 views, the rest are usually between 1,000-2,000 views and I have about 5 videos that have reached 10,000-12,000 views) all this with approx 65 reels

Go slowly as the account is new, and they may restrict you from posting for 7 days. Do 3 per day; it is normal. Then, after 4-5 weeks, you can jump to 5, but make sure you don't post all at the same time.

Thanks for your answer! What does it mean that they restricted me from posting for 7 days? that for 7 days my post will not take effect? If so, is it advisable to stop posting for a few days?

I mean to say an action plan for posting over 7 days. My advice is that you should have 1-2 days of a pause for posting and then continue posting 3 posts daily at direct timings.
 
Most studies agree that posting to Instagram once per day is optimal, with a maximum of two posts per day. Hubspot found that pages under 10,000 fans experienced a 50% drop in engagement per post if they posted more than once per day. What is this? At a minimum, you should post to your Instagram Pages 3 times per week
