How often to post on Instagram?

Hi,

I get a lot of different advices to how often you should post on Instagram. Some say 3-5 posts a day, others say only once a day.

The largest accounts in my niche with millions of followers post several times a day, at least 5 times.

Others in my niche with around 10k followers post every 2-3 days and seem to get over 100k views on their videos? How is that even possible?

Is it just thanks to the hashtags used in the videos or do the buy likes in order to get on the explore page or on the popular posts section on the big hashtags in my niche?

I'm no expert but I post once per day using gramblr, I order some likes from them and normally get 3x the likes I paid for
