I want to create a new blog. If I have 100 articles, how often should I post them? I assume posting them all in one go is not a good idea.

it doesn't matter

but it's better to do it regularly
 
You can post 2-4 times per week, the best way to see increased traction from your content.
 
Daily one only. I have tried posting thrice a day and twice a day but Google just doesn't indexes new sites quickly.
 
There is no set thumb rule for this. Ideally you should post as many articles possible everyday. But an individual blogger can not produce more than 2 to 3 posts a day, that's a reality.

So to start with, have 30 articles posted to start with and then post 1 article everyday to keep site updated as long as possible.
 
As you are beginning right now, so you can find comfort and success in posting one to four times a week.

Those PAA and A.I blog(including mine) is posting up to 5,000 thousands articles perday.

They all pop on G with no issue, as long as your content is high quality.
