For sure they do, it's that simple. They buy a service (not a blast service, no web 2.0's service) they buy uhum, secret linkbuilding service. The owner off this service does not give out reports becourse they want to keep the network safe and secret. Whahahah a employee buy the service, dowload the links via Majestic Seo and they have the network, how easy is that...

Thats why the real seo masters do not buy link building service on bhw, nothing is a secret on bhw!

I think they are in here every day. Reading all threads and just like you said buying and trying some services. but they can't fully extinguish all of it. here is a quote from joker to batman:

Google is incomplete without BHW. its as simple as that.

Google is really incomplete, not just without BHW, but without blackhat SEOs in general. If we were to all stop doing blackhat SEO, Google's web spam department will become obsolete. SEO would no longer be this interesting.

Im sure google used every avenue they can. If a new strategy comes out and it has high response i'm sure it will be brought to their attention
