How often should I be posting blogs?

Is it once a day, or once a week or as much as possible while keeping the quality good? Is there something as posting too much even if the quality and keywords are good?

Posting frequency depends on your resources and niche. Consistency is more important than publishing daily. It’s better to maintain steady quality posts than to overload with content that reduces overall value.

Publish as often as you can sustain high-quality, search-intent-driven content.
if you can get your blog posts indexed and the topics are not duplicates of each others. Post as much.

You should post according to a schedule that you can maintain consistently in the long term, usually 1–3 posts per week if you're just starting out. Yes, posting too much can still be harmful if you post too frequently on the same topic, the posts will compete with each other, dispersing SEO power. The best approach is to prioritize really good posts that meet your readers' needs, then gradually increase the frequency once your process is stable.

No need to post daily. 2-3 Quality posts per week is enough. Consistency + Quality matters more than value.

Consistency matters more than frequency—posting 1–2 high-quality blogs per week is better than daily low-quality content.

There’s no fixed number focus on consistency and quality; 1–2 posts per week is enough to grow steadily, and posting more is fine as long as quality stays high and content isn’t rushed.

I dont know now all rules of google keep on changing. but some time back, google likes a lot of content updation at regular intervals. This tell google everything is update from time to time.
I think still it works. Updating 2-3 times in a week i think will remain good.
If use wordpress we can also schedule posts to publish automatically at future date

posting and seeing the result is the best thing, so posting frequently without any quality to the post won't give you the result you want.

Consistency matters more than frequency, posting 2–3 solid articles per week usually works better than daily low-impact posts, as long as quality and intent are strong you won’t hurt yourself by posting more.
