Can't speak for each and every internet user, but here's my preference: I don't browse the feed at all and simply open the pages I'm interested in at the end of the day. This way, the more content = the better (I'd be disappointed to see that there are only, say, three new posts.)

I've seen so many meme pages and their activity varies depending on the type of comedy and quality of followers they have. I would say a fair number would be between 3 and 5 posts daily, so you don't overdo it. Try to have quality content and collaborate with other meme pages, as well as have fun IG stories for your followers to engage with and enjoy.

Just like people already said, you should post at least 3 times a day in the feed, and at least 10 stories per day...
Also, try to make some shootouts with bigger pages..
