How often per day do you submit a blog in RSS Submit ?

Hi everybody,

After a long time because i have 2 programs to submit in RSS i saw RSS S ubmit only want the "page" so he can read title and description.

With an other program after multi test i see need each time differents title and descriptions (at the first time i use it i put title my domain name, description idem aiaiaiai bad results)

So how often do you submit your blog in RSS per day please, because i see a rush of real visitors when i submit think it is bot and after it is slower in real visits so more time same blog per day is better or different blogs is the best.

so i understand now why people make tons of blogs
why not twice a day ? never same people read RSS (is it possible to know hours they get more traffic?)
