How often is too often for posting on Facebook, instagram etc...

I started a new job as a marketing director and the social media manager is posting reels several times (3-5 times) per day on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube shorts.

How often is too often? What's the best way to test it without breaking what they've been doing?

Any advice would be amazing!

I am not an expert at this but I believe 7-10 times a day of good quality content will keep your prospects interested and boost your profiles with any algo.
