How Often Does Google Crawl My Site?

I've made a lot of changes to a number of pages in my site and I have previously submitted site maps for the whole site. Will Google somehow notice that all these pages have been modified and crawl them again or do I need to do something to make that happen?

Many factors determine how quickly your site will be indexed by Google.
It can take from few days up to four or five months.

You can check google search console to see your crawl rates.

Just fetch your site, Google will do the work or simply update the sitemap in webmaster. If you dont use webmaster just give few links and ping them using fetch.
