How often do you use ChatGPT?

I rarely use ChatGPT, I prefer other AI. I wish Google was as useful as it used to be because I prefer old school search instead of getting AI answers as I don't trust them. However Google has been vastly enshitified and there is no way back.

In the beginning Chat GPT was pretty good, now it loses to Gemini.
Anyway I work as a programmer, I do most of my work with Claude Code. I can't describe in words how powerful it is, the latest model Opus 4.6 just breaks everything.
In summary:
Claude Code for any kind of technical work.
Gemini for research / consulting / and any other daily use you have in mind
Perplexity - a powerful tool for information search / in-depth research / search for certain niche..
Although nowadays Gemini's deep research is starting to get even better
 
Maybe once in two days

Chatgpt is just a tool that scrape data from search engines and give common answers
It's not the tool you can totally depend on
 
Everyday I am use ChatGPT. I am face any problem then I am use ChatGPT to solve the solution.
 
Honestly, I use ChatGPT daily now. It replaced Google for most quick queries, outlines, and idea generation. Google is still useful for fresh SERP data and checking real examples, but ChatGPT definitely speeds up the workflow.
 
I switched to SuperGrok
Comparably, ChatGPT is ... less smart
 
Not only gpt but also gemini edu pro and cluade pro

I let three AIs monitoring, reviewing and suggesting improvement for each other performance
 
your question is like chat gpt is only for asking something. I use it daily but mostly for brainstorming.
For searching i still use google.
 
I use ChatGPT almost every day now.

At first I was using it like Google. Just asking questions and reading answers. But after using it longer I realised prompts need to be more specific. If question is too general sometimes the answers are not very reliable.

Also many discussions and research say that LLM AIs like ChatGPT still have some problems. One big problem is hallucination. Sometimes it can give confident answers even if the information is not correct.

Another thing I noticed is that sometimes it tries to be too “helpful” or motivating. If it thinks you are very focused or obsessed about something it can give answers that just make you feel good instead of being fully accurate.

Also many times it answers from its own database without checking the internet, so the information can be old or incomplete. And sometimes it mixes partial real information with things it basically makes up.

Still a usefull tool though, especially if you use good prompts and double check important information.

I often focus on using AI for writing articles, fixing code, or asking knowledge related questions because I find its answers quite helpful.

I use it often aswell, but not just ChatGPT, there's also Gemini and Notebooklm.
I do understand how you feel, after all, ChatGPT seems to give summarised overviews of any question you ask it. But I think the main reason why people are using it more, is because it helps answer such specific questions, and it can be personalised to give gen-z vibe answers, or just answers you can follow along with compared to google's answers, even with their new AI overview. If you don't wish to feel too reliant of ChatGPT, you could use the other ones I've stated.

Notebooklm is great as you can upload website links and ask questions about it, but it can give annoying answers. I recommend you use it for research purposes.
Gemini is great for syncing up to your Gmail. (I personally don't use it as much as the other two)

Nowadays, I often use ChatGPT to ask questions related to my studies and work because I find its answers quite helpful.
 
I use it at least 3 to 10 times a day, but I prefer Gemini to GPT chat, what about you?
 
I have started less using it after they comply with the pentagon.
 
I use it daily, both for fun and work.

Expensive? A bit. Worth? Absolutely yes.
 
Every day, whether for work, translation, or just to find out what a word means.
 
These days, quite often. If I have a train of thought or general ideas I run it through GPT before following through with research on more credible sources based on what it says as a launching point.
