How often do you update you pages or does it look like better doing like y*ahoo put an rss link inside

There are SEO optimisation plugins for wordpress that actually submit your latest changes plus RSS+sitemap.xml's too blog index sites/yahoo/google and other search engines..

so the best is to make a big site and update more often rss thrue ??
and 1 time a day page follow yahoo exemple

i update my homepage everytime google indexes them so when they come back its guaranteed to be something different which keeps them on their toes and keeps them coming back for more updates...

its gotten to the point where google is on my site daily and now ive sort of gone laid back on updated since they come back everyday, maybe ill update every other day..

and oh yeah you dont have to redo the entire page to call it an update... add a pargraphs here and there, remove a few sentences, add graphics, remove videos - just make it different enough for google and your good to go...
