IMO updating a couple of times a week would be great and share your content on social media's to get the traffic to sites. Write the more relevant and user engaging content to get more shares for it. Good Luck.

I usually do twice a week. Updating your blog more than once a week is fine but just do what's manageable for you.

1 post a week is enough, but if you can create more, publish more.
The main thing in blogging is regular updates. Make a content plan and stick to it, if it's 2 posts a week, post according to this schedule.
