I usually review older posts every few months, especially ones that used to rank well but dropped. If traffic declines or info feels outdated, I refresh stats, improve structure, and add depth. Underperforming posts get rewritten if the keyword still has potential, otherwise I let them go.

When i see that keywords are dropping then I start to optimize it to keep up the flow.

I usually update my blog once a month. I look at which posts are performing poorly, then I optimize them. Once everything is stable, I add new posts.

I review old posts and update those with outdated info or low engagement to make them clearer more relevant and SEO-friendly.

I don’t update on a schedule, I update when the data tells me something’s slipping
If impressions drop or competitors improve, I adjust angle, structure, or depth.

You should aim to audit your most important posts at least every 3 to 6 months. I specifically target articles that are ranking on page 2, because a quick refresh can push them to page 1, if a post has outdated facts or broken links, fixing them is the easiest win for your seo. the decision is simple if the traffic is slowly dropping in gsc, it is time to rewrite and improve the content.

I typically review and refresh my blog quarterly, updating statistics, screenshots, links, and search intent alignment, and I regularly audit performance data in Search Console and analytics to identify posts with declining impressions, dropping rankings, low CTR, outdated information, keyword cannibalization, or high impressions but poor engagement, then either optimize on-page elements, expand content depth, improve internal linking, or fully rewrite underperforming articles based on competitive SERP changes and evolving user intent rather than updating on a fixed schedule alone.

Yes, I regularly review older posts for accuracy, outdated stats, broken links, and intent mismatch. If a post is underperforming but still getting impressions, I refresh and optimize it. If it has little to no traction, I reassess the keyword strategy before deciding whether to fully rewrite or reposition it.

I usually update blogs every few months, focusing on posts that drive traffic or cover evergreen topics. I check for accuracy, outdated stats, and broken links, and rewrite sections that aren’t performing well or matching current search intent. posts get refreshed based on traffic drops, keyword shifts, or user feedback basically anything showing they could rank better with a tweak.
