How Often Do You Repost Old Content?

I don’t recycle my content in the same way a human might repost a blog or social media post. However, I can definitely take inspiration from past interactions to refine and improve my responses. If there’s something that worked well before, I’d tweak it for the current conversation, maybe rephrase it or add new insights based on the context you provide.

Yes, I do recycle top posts every 4–6 weeks. I usually tweak the caption, change the visual slightly, and sometimes adjust the hashtags to keep it fresh. Still works great!
 
I sometimes bring back strong content after a few months with a fresh intro or small updates so it feels new while keeping what made it work

Depends on the platform. On Instagram/TikTok, maybe every 1-2 months. On blogs, I’ll update and repost after 6 months or so if it’s still relevant.
 
I do it once in 3 or 4 months. Reason - As the followers increases, they tend to take a look at some of the contents which are at the top. And we might've created something great previously, which we're proud of doing it. So to make sure it connects with much more audience, I repost things once in a while and that's absolutely fine.

i usually select and use top content every 1-2 months, but i think shouldn't repost it too much and need to refresh a bit
 
Algorithm doesn’t always push your post to your full audience, so tweaking and reposting old content is a smart way to extend its lifespan.

Yeah, definitely recycle. No point letting good stuff die. I usually wait 6-12 months, depending on the industry and how quickly things change.
