How often do you post on a Facebook page?

rather post 3 5 quality posts per week than post daily just for the sake of activity Consistency and engagement matter more than flooding the page with repetitive content.

I post short reels twice a day same time like 08:00 and 20:00. Which get me better audience responses. Your time could be differ.
 
Facebook is constantly updating every day.
 
I usually aim for around 3–5 posts per week. I think consistency is more important than posting every day. If you have enough quality content, posting once a day can work, but posting too frequently can make the page feel repetitive and may reduce engagement.

I never does have a fixed number tbh. when i have something interesting to post then I will definetly post it otherwise i would rather miss one day than pollute the screen with something useless.

When it comes to pages I run I always value spaces over the number of posts per day. In my opinion a post that can generates a conversation is worth the wait.

This depends on your goals: are you looking to build the page, or simply maintain its traffic?
 
A consistent schedule seems to work best but there's no universal number. I'd focus on posting when you have something useful or relevant to share while leaving enough space between posts to avoid repeating the same ideas.
