How often do you post on a Facebook page?

I'm curious what posting frequency people have found comfortable without the content starting to feel repetitive.
It is very hard to make money with Facebook pages now. Facebook has limited the organic reach of all pages. They want you to use their ads to promote pages.

Still, if you want to continue with this, posting one post every 2-3 days is ok as per my experience.

my experience has been that the reaction from the audience makes for a better gauge than a set posting frequency.begin by posting just a couple of times per week, observe what types of posts recceive reactions on specific days nd work from there.increased posting will not add any value if people begin noticing the repetition of similar content.

the bigger challenge is keeping people interested enough to come back, not just how often you post

In my experience, you need to post regularly on Facebook pages. There are metrics that encourage you to post according to Meta's system to achieve results. You can apply those metrics to your posts; it will be more effective and have better organic distribution.

I usually post an article every two days, and I often focus on refining the content to ensure it's of the highest quality.

I’d say 3–5 posts a week is a good starting point I prefer keeping a consistent schedule with useful content rather than posting every day just for the sake of staying active

I usually go with 1-2 posts a day. More than that can start feeling repetitive unless you have enough different content.
Some days I post more if I have something good to share, but I wouldn't force it just to hit a number

I usually post once or twice a day, ensuring that the content of each post is authentic and valuable; making the content engaging is the most important thing.

I usually post twice a day on my Facebook page, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Putting out as much of this kind of content as possible might be a paradox, but I've noticed some teams have won more traffic by going with quantity

Posting 3–5 times a week is the ideal frequency. This level is sufficient to maintain top-of-mind awareness among your audience without coming across as spammy or tediously repetitive.

I think 3-5 posts per week is a comfortable starting point for most pages. It gives you enough consistency without overwhelming followers. I'd also vary the content formats and topics to keep things fresh.

It depends; 2–3 posts per week if you're creating in-depth content, or 1 post per day for short content to maintain engagement without running out of ideas or causing inconvenience.

I usually post around 3–5 times per week. I try to stay consistent without overposting, and I focus more on creating engaging content than just posting frequently. For a comedy page, I think 1 post per day is a good starting point if you have enough quality content.
