How often do you build backlinks?

I would like to know how often you build your backlinks? I fired up scrapebox today and had a session with it and im wondering when i should do it again for the same domain... few days? a week? a month?

Pretty much daily. While you do not need to build links everyday you do need to build them regularly. Do not build or buy thousands of links and then stop. What you need to do is build them on a regular basis and if possible increase that number as time goes by.

i might be able to answer this a bit better for you.
it really depends on alot of thing, the age of your domain, and how many backlinks your doing.

my domain is around 7 months old and im doing 400 links a day with it now.
sometimes i go a little overboard but w/e. anyway
you don't want to build them too fast, so if you stick within the 500 range per week when you first start off, then do that, it will work

so, for new domains, do them slowly and do it small.
the older the domain the higher you can do your backlinks

Typically for the first month of a site I'll pound out hundreds of backlinks... then I see where I end up in G... and I'm either content because I picked a low/med competition keyword and I'm ranking... or I'm still not, and I keep banging away.

If i knew how to do backlinks i would do them at least 1 time a day but unfortunatly i know nothing about back links.
