how often can you submit the same article?

Hello all,

say I have an article with a anchortext keyword in it and I submit it to 30 article sites. Will this have a negative effect on my keyword ranking?
Should I aim to have more articles instead of submitting just one to ' too many ' sites?

I know having duplicate content on your own site is bad and that you best have new material on it, but what about duplicate articles on other sites that link to my site?

What's the right balance here?

The right balance is 100% unique and original it's really that simple

Its better you spin the same article many times and then post it at different article sites instead of posting same article on many sites. Google panda is not letting duplicate content go easily.

When I entered I thought u were talking about Spin Uniqueness !. U r posting the same content to article directories and same anchor link. I can't find a better way to harm ur site. In the best situation google would just ignore them and u wasted ur time !.

thnx for suggestion guys...before this i was posting 1 articles to 4-5 sites...
but now i be more carefull while posting...i will definatly spin it before posting..

but i have only 1 keyword to rank.. i mean my MNS has only 1 primary keyword.

so do i have to spin that too ???

For your main keyword, let it be. So don't spin it. Just spin others

Okay , Here a follow up guide :-

1 - Google isn't looking for the main keyword anymore , u should care about the LSI keywords. The more ur content has the stronger the backlink will be

Step : Go to and look for ur keyword. Pick up same phrases and added them to ur content

2 - Make keyword variation to ur main page ( believe me its good and looks more natural )

3 - when we were talking about spinning , its not 30% or 40% Synonymous spin. It doesn't work anymore and it produces crappy content. Give Variation to sentences ( like every sentence has 3 variation ) and then spin the words. And u can even spin the paragraph. U would reach +70 Articles Easily.

4 - Finally take this Spinned ( if it was good content with UltraSpin ) and post it to whatever u want . I mean really ( excluding ur site of course, Ur site should always has unique content and neva use it anywhere else ).

5 - Finally , here is a gr8 guide how to use this single spinned article to get u in the first position

Twist it to ur needs and limits.
