If you have an email list that you blast CPA offers to how often can one person complete an offer?
Even if the offer is different and if the network is different it seems a lot of the companies behind these offers are the same.
If Bob completes an offer on MaxBounty to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card and the company behind that offer is "Chose Survey Group" I should get credit for it.
What happens next week if Bob completes an offer for Peerfly to win a $1,000 shopping spree but the company behind the offer is "Chose Survey Group" ?
Would I get paid in both instances or would Chose Survey Group scrub it and not pay on the second lead?
