How OfferWalls work ?

First, I apologize if this is the wrong place to post.

I was wondering if someone could help me to understand how was working the tracking process in Offerwalls like OfferToro, PeanutsLabs, etc ...

I mean, if I click to an offer in my android Phone, then how OfferToro (or else) will be able to see :
- That I have clicked in the app on the Playstore Menu (thus how tracking can be done when using other apps)
- That I have installed it from the Playstore
- That I have opened it. (to allow me to receive the points by completing all the "conditions")

You need to have a gpt or a PTC site software, or a app you can use it for, they have post back system where every lead is recorded it’s all done automatically. There’s some minimum setup required and then it’s fully automatic

So all is recorded even in other Apps ? They recording actions like click, or are they recording every "kb" of the download of an application ?

How long last this record ? If i'm doing something else in the 5 minutes or 3 days, then will the OfferWalls still be tracking and recording my actions ??
