How NOT to have Vpn/Proxy usage detected

Does anyone know how to use a vpn or proxy without the IP being detected as such?
I am having issues with Paypal use outside the country of creation and Paypal detects the use of vpn.
I have already tried various vpn and proxy services but it still gets detected.

You'll probably want to use a residential or mobile proxy for this use case. VPNs and datacenter proxies are much more likely to be flagged by IP.

Make you've got your proxy set up right in your browser before you start and check for any leaks using a website like browserleaks.com or whoer.net - if everything reports your proxy's location (and not your actual location) you should be good to go!
 
The quality of your IP determines the judgment, and of course, there are many other auxiliary factors, such as whether your browser hides information, etc.
 
You have to use a residential proxy to make it work.
