How not to get banned on paypal?

Don't use stealth account or break the rules. Simple as that. And you'll be fine.

Been using paypal for the last 7 years and dont have any issues.
If you get many chargebacks then you will have a problem. What i do is, i call paypal if i get many chargebacks and explain them the situation right away.
I communicate with them always if ever theres many dispute and chargebacks.

Don't do friends and family option.
you will banned if you use stealth acc, also you have to use it with real name surname ID an all verification documents with real and legit names because once they add limit on your account and ask for verification docs you cant verify it with incorrect names or addresses. good luck

how to make? or you mean where to get or buy stealth accounts?
there are many services who provides pp steal accounts with guides how to use it to be safe. good luck
