How My Competitor dropped Me From Google Search

wooow i love this site! people are ready to help every way especially with this comment

"Get a list of his sites - post them here and we can gang up on him. I had someone copying a bunch of my work in the past, and I know now he regrets ever doing so.!

well if i ever have this problem you guys are the ones im defienetely going to call on...and gogetta i think you should either report him or just revenge back instead of just feeling sorry for yourself

I haven't asked you for anything in getting him removed, so i really don't understand how you figure i'm trying derank him. I'm only here telling you the story and what happened. I don't lie!

I have told everyone willing to sabotage him that i am not about to do the same. So maybe you should try to figure out another reason for me to be sharing this.

I know you haven't asked anyone that. That's basically the only solution now that your sites have been dropped. I can't fathom on how you just dropped from google if he indeed did flag your content. How do you know he did this? I guess it could be obvious since your content/site was duplicated. It just doesn't add up.

This is the first time I have ever heard of that situation.

I do not think that you can get your pr 4-5 websites removed from google with the procedure described by you. This works only in case of newly created websites, that have no backlinks that google might flag them as duplicate content/spam. A pr 4-5 ... there is no way would suffer any kind of penalty from external duplicate content.

If you indeed had a pr 4-5 website, i highly doubt that you got removed from google with this technique. Please post your pr 4-5 websites here, so that we can see what is the reason behind, and do some more research.

you should hire assasins and kill the guy. that he did is super low, even for a blackhatter or a hacker perspective.

we have a dark code where we look out for our dark brothers in a common blood comraderee but that guy is sick

I agree it doesn't add up, it would seem hard for someone to pull this. But this is the only way I have seen proof of what he's doing, he might be doing something else as well.

Thanks everyone for offering your opinions

Sorry dude but however your site got dropped/penalised is nothing to do with someone taking your content and claiming your site has dup content!

I know i'll start copying every article from yahoo and tell google they are using duplicate content and get there site dropped shall i?

There are probably other reasons your site got penalised but that shit your claiming just wouldnt do it, otherwise we could all kill off our competition couldnt we?

Its BS so just get over it, get educated and move on.

I don't think you got dropped from Google for this, it is really hard.
But you can do this, go to Google web master tools and use Request reconsideration
I am sure that if that what you say happened to you, Google will review your site again and find its mistake and ban that guy.

what I would suggest doing to this person would be illegal and beyond the scope of blackhat so I will keep my mouth shut.

i know what your thinking, if only you could reach through computer sceens, there would be so many broken faces.

so are you posting some of your domains already, gogetta? Coz this might be interesting for many of us. Otherwise I dont see this thread going anywhere....

Thanks I have already done this and asked that they would remove the entire article under his accounts. Since mine was created on oct. 22nd and his was dated on the 23rd so i don't see why they wouldn't. Also I'm reading up on copyright laws and trying to find out my options.

First off, articles are protected by a copyright system that woulds through ' protected ' public domain. That means that anyone can repost it but they MUST give credit to the original author. If he is posting you on a different account, contact the support of the article directories.

The problem with that is that you can generate multiple ids for generating articles directed at different sites you own. So there is no way to block it from being cloned.

The good news is that there ARE ways to block it from happening. You have to stop leaving footprints for this guy to follow. What he is doing is stealing your content, ranking and using your site to make quick cash and the search engines are killing them both in relation to a duplicate content issue.

I've seen this countless times before and he is profitting from your posts, not trying to destroy you...or maybe he is but that doesn't seem like the case because he is stealing your content from what you are saying. If that's the situation, he is simply redistributing your content.

Lazy bastard can't even spin it to keep you both in the green. That will be short lived. Don't waste your time bothering to try and stop him by chasing him down. Simply brick up the hole he is coming through like any other rat.

Here's how to stop that. It takes some work but obviously, it is worth the effort.

1. Get a list of the top 20 keywords for your target niche. Break every 5 terms into 4 sets, Best to worst.

2. Write 5-10 articles for your target niche. Spin 3-5 different versions of those articles.

3. Take those 4 sets of keyword terms, selecting 1 term from each set, giving you a new list of 4 keywords from best to worst. Attach those new mixed combinations as your target search terms to tag to each of the new articles. Be sure never to use a spin of the ' same ' article for the same keyword combination twice. You can mix and match and have more than one article for the same keyword, just make sure it isn't of the same spun article set.

4. Post one article from each spun set on your money page/main url as the relevant content - DON'T put these on some BS ' article ' page. Put them on the main page of the site, as subpages that have direct tabs in the navigation of your webpage. Aslo, put the keywords in your title and meta-tags but not anywhere on your page unless it is in the title of the article.

The biggest mistake people make is posting their keywords in their content. It's instant and firey death. Use relevant adjectives, not the actual keyword.

Follow these steps and repeat it atleast once a month at random. I personally do this once a week to keep from getting trumped by anyone dropping in for link competition on me. It's whitehat, it's 100% legal and legit and completely unstoppable, as it makes your homepage a stable and productive authority site in no time flat.

The catch is that if you are doing anything as far as spamming or cookie stuffing, they will tank your site and no amount of work will save you from that.

You will make your site so deep in content, the search engines will blow this guy off as duplicate content and dump him instead of you.

That being said, stomp his hide in making his method no longer workable...not by wasting your life chasing him or worrying about it. Make some money and let him hang himself.

I agree it doesn't add up, it would seem hard for someone to pull this. But this is the only way I have seen proof of what he's doing, he might be doing something else as well.

That's the reason I gave the direction to the method I did. It doesn't answer the question he asked originally, which is how to get someone de-indexed, which I am thinking that he is wanting to know for his own underhanded tactic arsenal...heh. That posting method is a surefire one for getting a foothold in a niche and you don't have to worry about one duplication because the deeper the roots, the stronger the tree...ya know?

i surrfered myself from somrthing similar to this, but it was my own doing

i ran/run about 20 escort directories and a hole bunch of adult modeling sites

one day about 2/3 years ago i thought whould it not be easier just to use the same data across both types of sites

all the hassle of backing up and updating xxx sites

so i switched the escort directories to one database and the models to another both with the same data across 20 and 10 or so sites

i thought i was making it easyier on myself only having 2 databases, but after awhile my sites all dropped out of google

of course it was the dup content, even tho i wrapped each site around a different theme all the same content on a whole bunch of sites was not a good idea

somethimes things that seem easy sometimes come back to kick you

just move on and learn from the lesson is probably the best idea

Aaakkk!! Thank you Wingchun3!! You just saved me some friggin heartache!!
