Hello how musch i can to have backlins per one website and why more websites have ~10backlinks what hapinnen if i get 100 backlinks per website ?

OK...people are usually thinking in parameters and numbers. This is not the case of backlinks where is not strength in numbers but in quality. A person who is manually trying to create backlinks will have, obviously, a lower number of backlinks in the ranks of xxx-xxxx let's say, but these will be quality backlinks. A person that uses automation tries to compensate the quality with quantity, in the hope that will shoot some good backlinks also, but most of them will be in spammy pages with many out backlinks to spammy websites.

I heard if one website have more backlinks so per next pagerank update website pagerank can down its true or lie ?
 
If you have quality Do Follow backlinks from authority sites your website's PR can actually increase. However, PR is not important nowadays, it's just another metric that webmasters can brag about.

ok i got one question
example:I have to torrent sites and buys a backlink from advertisements or backlink will work I mean the opposite jaigu bought themed backlinks he do?
 
As many as you want but try to be consistent in your link building.
 
The no of backlinks as much as will help you if they are of high quality.
But if the quality is poor then it may hamper your site's popularity.
So, try to get quality links as regular basis.
 
Don't build too many backlinks at a time, or you will get sandboxed.
 
backlinks and content should increase to keep that natural. And anchor variation keep you in the safe side.
