It's beautifully designed. But one can get one done at Fiverr.

BUT if it's for a corporation, you can charge higher.
 
What's the purpose of your question, OP? If looking to buy one, then ask for a quote at the Hire a Freelancer section!
 
I make all my own but if I was to buy a banner, I wouldn't pay more than a couple of dollars for one but then I'm biased.
Because I can churn them out on demand their monetary value to me is quite low - unless of course it's me that's selling them lol ;)
 
Looks pretty good but I would keep a "click here" button visible on all frames. Also, 400KB for a 468x60 banner is pretty high.
$10 would be fair.
 
If you pay too little you might just loose a designer or start getting much worse stuff.
