I want to know how much you pay for virtual assistant per hour doing your work?

and the payment you are making daily basis, or monthly basis for them?

The rates for virtual assistants can vary quite a bit. Generally, I pay between $15 to $30 per hour, depending on their experience and the type of tasks they handle.

There were a different set of KPIs which I used to use to monitor their progress. And over time, I had a fair idea of the average amount of time any smart worker would need to complete a given task.
