How much would you say this site is worth?

Started this site in November 2022, and have put barely any work into it since the first 2 months.

The site has been sitting for months untouched.

Right now about 100 - 300 clicks per day.

Not monetized right now, it is Adsense approved.

I removed Adsense when clicks were lower

In the last month or so uploaded 7,526 AI articles. So far 5,840 pages indexed.

It is Google News approved. In the Men's Lifestyle Niche (Grooming, fashion, hair, teeth, training, diets, etc.)

I have other sites to focus on and was planning to get rid of this, not sure how to value it when it's not monetized

not sure why ahrefs and semrush are so off

300+ Tier 1 clicks
maybe get it to 1k?
it's worth a cool buck if you ask me

yes, but search console is what matters. They are lagging the updates for some reason.
