Page has been active since 2012 , guys im about to buy this page niche is "sexy girls" "big boobs" and the seller told me 20k USD , just interested isnt it too much?

if its monetized then check the last 6 months receivables and if its good you can pay receivables x 6 months as price

 

where are the fans from ? what is the reach etc. It all depends on that. I can see some that are worth 20k, easily and a lot that are not.
