How much would you pay freelancers for forum postings?

As the title says, per approved post, how much would you pay them? Should the pay be based on traffic the forum gets?

Let's go with a 7$/hour rate.

If it takes 5 mins to post a thread, I should be paying around 0.6$ per post. For some reason I think it's very little.
