I take it that its dedicated server? What is CPU?
And I am reading right 60 hard drives?
Forgetting about the hard drives, you could get something similar from Hetzner for around 120 Euros per month. But that is cheap, anywhere else the same server would be $300 - $400 I think.
For the hard drives, using hetzner again as an example the nearest I can compare is their 4TB drives which are 22 Euros per month per drive - so you do the math on 60 drives.
If you were selling that big server you mentioned I think you might find it hard because its a bit unusual in its size, if you are buying it, do you really need that many drives?

Ofcourse its a dedi, And YES its 60 Harddrives, Max space can be 600TB on a single server (60x10TB Enterprise Disks) And cpu E5-2620v3
And im a provider, Many clients request for around 300-400TB space on a single server so i thought why not come up with something even more than that lol!
Anyways, I dont think even Hetzner can give 10Gbit Unmetered at 400$

Location/network is also very important factor for pricing as well as support in that data center not hardware only, so I would consider that as well.

depends on what processor, what version of ram and so on. You should have an old processor that would cut your price in half
Now if you are running something like dual E5 2620v4 with 128 GB and 60x6 TB Sata you could charge 900 to 1500 a month depending on the market you are going after.

Most prices I see seem to be about 1/10 of what the computer costs a month. So a $100 computer is $10 a month. The owner rents it for 10 months and covers all the expenses and after that is just profit.

The bandwidth is "unmetered" (just love this term) but on what speed (1X10GBIT PORT means nothing.. what is the international bandwidth speed.) ? With or without DDOS protection? If Yes, what kind of DDOS protection? What is the location? Yearly or month-to-month deal? With or without support (unmanaged).
