for .psd only $20, $50 if the designs is original
for $20 i wouldn't even start my editor/photo shop. this looks very professional to me. I would choose the price according to how much work i put into it.
I live in EU and $20 are nothing for some hours work. Maybe someone else can live off $20, i can't

Don't think BHW members would pay anything, we'd just go search for it in the download section.
but it is a good design, just depends if youd be mass selling it or selling it to one person exclusively . Mass selling not much at all, just because there's sites out there that will give you many comparably good themes for a really low price.

I'd say price should be at least $150 for the psd if its original. Depends who the market is, someone working online will know it can be gotten for cheap....I'm like the guy above, wouldn't open up photoshop for less.

That looks very good. I would pay probably 150 if I had the need to a website like that. Maybe up to 300 if it was my full time website?

Bunch of cheap and horny marketers on BHW, so really it's not the best place to be asking to get an idea. And if you're a designer, cheapskates are not the best people to deal with when you're trying to make a living out of your work.
If it tells you anything, most designers get atleast $20-$40+ out of a single header and that's a lot less work than coding and do all the pages.
Targeted toward the right person, you could get anywhere from $100-$200 for it. Maybe more if you can sell something real good, plus the extra pages.

For that design, some people here in Norway would go over $1000.
Just a little curious fact... This was sold for 4000$!
From a designers point of view, this is worth about 10$. This design is as simple as it gets. It's very very basic, too much basic.
Some guy on a design contests site spent 4k... on this!

It is all relative though. It is depends if it is an original and exclusive design. Yeah, it looks fairly basic but, an original template of even this level, if you don't have the skills to build one and you want a unique skin for your company's web property, I'm sure it is worth it.
For the programming side of my business, I do web design as well and sometimes, I have templates that I sell to template sites for royalty profits. I also have built custom sites, scripts and such that got for tens of dollars, upto $8,500 for the most I've ever earned personally for building a site. That is exclusive and that client is the only one to have it.
Mostly, the range is $50/hour min. for basic html & css, up from there, depending on features and requirements.
This could easily be a $50-$75 template. I wouldn't pay $4,000 for it but to each their own.
