How much would you pay for promoting material?

I need thoughts on if you are a noob or if you just have money to invest how much would you pay for each:
(meaning how much would you say the market price is atm per piece)

LANDING PAGE
- promoting 1 product (images,videos, nice layout, 1 article, reviews, buy now buttons... you get the picture)

MICRO NICHE WEBSITE
- 3 unique articles, seo optimized, with nice design targeted for specific monetization

REVIEW WEBSITE
- top 10 lists for any kind of products, reviews for each of them

All are new, unique and decent quality (not professional but if rated at least 8/10 in all fields)

In short if you want to buy big number of this kind of "small websites" in order to promote them for profit, how much would you pay for them each?

Depending on The quality of the page, 20$ if its an obvious premade theme, $50 if 100% full custom design.

Micro niche website:
$50

Review website:
$100

well yeah ofc not premade theme all full custom made using different plugins,themes,and modifications ofcourse. (talking about wordpress)
