As the title says.

How much would you pay for PR3 to PR6 backlinks which are..

Mostly site-wide, in sidebar and/or footer and what would be the highest acceptable OBL for you?

Would you also rather get few contextual high pr backlinks or more amount of sidebar/footer placed high pr links?

Thanks for your opinions

Check the market place and you will see how much on average people are charging for it.

Yes, but I'm interested in value of the not contextual backlinks. If they are any good.

All depends on the quality of those PR3-PR6 sites. Do not stare blind on PR only, it's only one of the many parameters you need to take into account. Furthermore, relevancy of those PR3-PR6 matters as well.

actually I don't like sitewides at all so I wouldn't give much money for them

I wouldnt look at them if there where more than 5 in the sidebar
But quality if the site and relevancy would have a huge bearing on what I would pay

site wides is just one of the way to get your site's ass kicked out of SERPs. The value for them is next to nothing for me.

Kinda disagree here. Diversification on all possible fields is the way to go. Pure whitehat sites have sitewide backlinks as well in their profiles and sitewides can be very powerfull on long term. As long as one keeps it in a relevant context it's fine.

I would not pay for footer/sidebar links at all. There's a bunch of fiverr gigs for those (1 link = $5), but it's not a recommended technique. Contextual links on niche-relevant sites are much more desirable (and effective).

Both types are fine. Footer or header placed backlinks are more expensive though.

Footer or header > in-content links. However, any of both is fine.

I would go with contextual and pay 10-30 per month, but I would also make sure the site is relevant and check it on seomoz and majestic and ahrefs.

If its great quality not juts Pr, but content, semrush, Links, social signals. i can pay as much as $50 to $70 per month for pr 6
