price point is something you need to figure out yourself as you have all the data on what your idea costs. Marketing, really.

It depends...are those subscribers targeted? (Location, niche, age etc.), how responsive they will in the future (how high the open rate will be) etc
Do you planning to sell emails only or you want to send traffic to buyers squeeze page? You must know this first, then try to search for similar services and look at their prices

Sounds like a twist on solo ads many sellers are doing these days. IMO, you would only be able to guarantee the clicks(traffic) to a squeeze page. How can you guarantee opt-ins or open rates? You cannot. You can simply sell the traffic and guarantee clicks. Do you really want to sell email addresses?
