How much would you pay for d0f0llow lists?

For now I don't have all stats as I haven't finished analyzing everything. The idea is I would make a list that is highly usable and it would cost a lot more than usual lists (even d0f0llow ones). Problems with lots of blogs (even d0f0llow ones) is they are abandoned and you spend 5-10min posting a comment that will never get approved no matter how good it is because nobody checks that site to accept the comment. I am doing tests on each domain (for certain CMS on which it can be done) to detect things like that. But this can not be detected on every domain.
