So I almost have 1 month proof of 15k unique visitors and 1200$ profit for a website that sells instagram followers and likes, what do you think this will go for on flippa? Alexa rank 800k but no seo work done

What I usually see on flippa is websites USUALLY go for 10-12 months worth of monthly revenue. For example, if your site was making about $1000/mo, you could sell it for $10k-$12k, on average. Could be more, but not usually less. Hope this helps!
